The Catamount Club has a long-standing history of developing champions through the generosity of champions like you. This academic year, we have reached a milestone. Our golden anniversary: fifty years.

Fifty years of supporting student-athletes. Fifty years of celebrating successes on and off the field. Fifty years of connecting and engaging with alumni and community friends. Fifty years of investing in our student-athletes’ unlimited potential to inspire our campus community.

We are extremely grateful for your continued support of our student-athletes through your donations to the Catamount Club. Please know your generosity is having a direct impact on the leadership development and education our nearly 350 student-athletes receive daily through their academic and athletic experience as a Catamount. With your gifts, you become champions for our student-athletes. You support their success on the field and off, and you change their lives forever.

The Catamount Club is excited to announce this year's fundraising goal of $1,620,000 to benefit the education and leadership development of our WCU student-athletes through your scholarship support! Through your generosity, we can achieve our goal of $1,620,000 in scholarship support. For the first time in recent memory, your support will now cover over 50% of our comprehensive scholarship costs, if we were to exceed our goal.

In honor of the Catamount Club’s 50th Anniversary, one generous Catamount Club donor and former student-athlete, Tad Grattan ’87, is challenging us to give at least $50 more. We need 500 new members or existing members to increase their annual gift by $50 to unlock Tad’s $50,000 Challenge Gift.

You will receive your Catamount Club Membership Guidebook for 2019-20 in the coming days. Thank you for playing a vital role in helping our student-athletes achieve comprehensive excellence in the classroom, community, and fields of competition.
