The Fall Class of 2021 graduates are teachers, nurses, scientists, artists and innovators in their own right. They leave Cullowhee changed, with their dreams ahead of them and the knowledge that they, in turn, can change the world. For these graduates this isn't the end, it's only the beginning.
All ceremonies will be available via livestream on and on this page. Livestreams will start 30 minutes prior to the ceremony for a pre-show
highlighting students and their time at WCU. Livestream videos will be switched out
on this page once each ceremony is complete.
Meet just a few members of the Class of 2021 who have found their calling, made an impact, built a community and pushed boundaries during their time at WCU.
During an internship with a local legal office this semester, Kaylee Eberhardt, a senior at Ìð¹ÏÊÓÆµapp, often found herself using Spanish speaking skills to help clients overcome language barriers while navigating paperwork and various bureaucratic proceedings.
To call Hilda a non-traditional student would be an understatement. There aren’t many college students who can say they grew up in Mexico in a culture where women weren’t encouraged to study and become professionals. Not many can say they were kidnapped and subjected to the corruption of their country, but later go on to co-write the autobiography of Mexican President Vicente Fox with their husband.
