printing and mailing needs. Whether you are a member of our faculty in need of affordable,
quick copies for your classes, a staff member needing a unique award for your unit,
or a student needing quality work for a presentation, we look forward to helping you
with your printing and specialty projects. Additionally, we are happy to provide mail
services to all university departments, faculty, and staff.
Print Shop Services
甜瓜视频app provides flexible standards for stationery for on-campus
units as well as business cards for employees. More on stationery options and templates
as well as downloadable electronic letterhead can be found on the WCU Branding site.
Keep in mind that letterhead is a legal document. The mark at the top of the letterhead should only be the official Western Carolina wordmark with or without the officialunit signature mark. Signature marks should reflect official office or unit names.

The WCU Print Shop produces and installs a wide variety of large format printing as well as campus signage. Capabilities include:
- Hanging & Pull-up Banners
- Backdrops & A-frame signs
- Sidewalk stickers & Window clings
- Wall vinyl or removable clings
- Dry erase vinyl & Vehicle wraps
- Metal outdoor signage, including parking signs
- ADA compliant building signage, with required braille
The Print Shop鈥檚 deep-set engraver allows the production of a wide variety of items.
All university computers are engraved at the Print Shop with the university logo,
and name plates for desks as well as some wall signage is produced with the engraver.
In addition, the print shop can customize gifts by adding engraved marks, and the
engraver is heavily used for the production of awards.
Units on campus can order engraved plaques and acrylic awards through the Print Shop. The shop also uses the engraver to create custom awards for events, often in partnership with University Marketing designers. To discuss options for acrylic awards, contact the Print Shop.
