In November 2023, YGRS ran focus groups and a survey with current PGRs to gather your suggestions for improving the support for PGRs from offer to enrolment. Find out some of the changes that are being implemented because of your input.

Self-funded PGRs can apply for funding to attend UK and international conferences when other funding options have been exhausted. Application deadline: 1 June 2024

Sign up for mentoring

The PGR Mentoring scheme provides an opportunity for PGRs to discuss and develop their skills, behaviours and approaches to the research experience with a more experienced postdoctoral researcher.
