Scholarly conferences are an opportunity to network and meet old friends. Such was the case at the recent Nineteenth Century Studies Association annual conference presented virtually from Sacramento, California.

Catamounts Care Ambassadors part of team recognized as force for beating the pandemic

The Catamounts Care Ambassadors have been recognized for innovation in programing to stop the spread of COVID-19 within the region and on respective campuses including WCU.   

Nursing Students Assist with COVID-19 Shots

There were nursing students giving shots, church members helping people find their place in line, fraternity brothers directing traffic and other volunteers filling in where needed. Sometimes it takes a village to protect a village, and that certainly was the case when a group of 甜瓜视频app nursing school students decided to make their senior service learning project a COVID-19 vaccination clinic for Buncombe County鈥檚 African American community.
