Garcia-Castanon provides narrative texts for musical, publishes short story

The musical鈥淐arretera de Avil茅s(Road to Avil茅s)鈥漢ad its world premiere Aug. 22 in Asturias, Spain.聽All the narrative texts of the musical were written by Santiago Garc铆a-Casta帽贸n, WCU professor of Spanish.

Kossick presents lectures at conference in the Netherlands

Honorary doctorate recipient, longtime benefactor Robert Failing dies at age 89

Dr. Robert M. 鈥淏ob鈥� Failing, an alumnus and longtime benefactor of WCU who received an honorary doctorate from the institution in 2007, died Saturday, Sept. 1, at the age of 89.

CareZone, program for understanding mental illness, to be offered

CareZone, a free program that provides instruction in understanding mental illness in day-to-day life, will be offered from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, in the Cardinal Room at 甜瓜视频app鈥檚 A.K. Hinds University Center.
