Routes and Schedules
Cat-Tran drivers are committed to meeting these schedules below. However, certain situations such as weather, traffic congestion, special events occurring on campus, the availability of buses and drivers, and other factors can affect their ability to meet the schedule.
Current Routes and Schedules
All Campus express (Purple)
Monday-Friday: 7:30 am - 11:00 pm
Shuttles run from the UC to Reid, Field House, Noble, Albright/Benton, Harrill, Judaculla, Allen, Brown, McKee, Moore, Reynolds/Robertson, McKee, Stairs, FPAC/Bardo and back to the UC.
Commuter express (Blue)
Monday-Friday: 7:30 am - 11:00 pm
Shuttles run from the UC to Reid, Ramsey, North Baseball Parking Deck, South Baseball and back to the UC.
Village express (Green)
Monday-Friday: 7:30 am - 11:00 pm
Shuttle runs from the UC to the Village and Norton and back to the UC.
HHS EXPRESS (Yellow)
Monday-Friday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
Shuttles run from the UC to Reid, Husk Apartments, HHS Building, HHS Overflow lot, Helm Apartments, Catamount Center lot and back to the UC.
Husk Direct (Red)
Monday-Friday: 7:00 am-5:00 pm
Shuttles run from the UC to Husk and back to the UC.
HHS/Commuter (Orange)
Monday-Friday: 5:00 pm-11pm
Shuttles run from the UC to Reid, Catamount Center Lot, Husk Apartments, HHS, HHS Overflow Lot, Helm Apartments, Husk Apartments, Catamount Center Lot and back to the UC.
Late Night Shuttle
Monday-Friday: 11:00 pm - 2:30 am
Shuttles run from outlying parking lots only (HHS Overflow lot and Catamount Center lot) to campus residence hall or UC.
Weekend Shuttle
Saturday/Sunday 10:30 am - 11:00 pm
Shuttles will run all routes (All Campus, Commuter Express, HHS, and Village).
Saturday/Sunday 11:00 pm - 2:30 am
Shuttles run from outlying parking lots only (HHS Overflow lot and Catamount Center lot) to campus residence hall, Husk Apartments or UC.
Holiday Schedule (No Shuttle Service)
Labor Day
Shuttles will end routes at 11:00pm on Friday August 29, 2025 and will resume service on Monday September 1, 2025 at 4:30pm.
Fall Break
Shuttles will end routes at 11:00pm on Friday October 10, 2025 and will resume service on Sunday October 19, 2025 at 5:00pm.
ThanksGiving Break
Shuttles will end routes at 11:00pm on Tuesday November 25, 2025 and will resume service on Sunday November 30, 2025 at 5:00pm.
Holiday Break
Shuttles will end routes at 11:00pm on Friday December 12, 2025 and will resume service on Sunday January 11, 2026 at 5:00pm.
Martin Luther King Holiday
Shuttles will end routes at 11:00pm on Saturday January 17, 2026 and will resume service on Monday January 19, 2026 at 5:00pm.
Spring Break
Shuttles will end routes at 11:00pm on Friday March 6, 2026 and will resume service on Sunday March 15, 2026 at 5:00pm.
Easter Break
Shuttles will end routes at 11:00pm on Tuesday March 31, 2026 and will resume servcie on Sunday Arpil 5, 2026 at 5:00pm.
Catamount Shopping Shuttle
The Catamount Shopping Shuttle runs one day a week at 5:30 pm from the Cat Tran hub located at the UC to Walmart and Ingles. The last shuttle returning to campus from Walmart departs at 7:40 pm.
