Room Reservations
Which room is right for your event?
The Department of Campus Activities has a number of rooms available for reservation by WCU faculty, staff, and Recognized Student Organizations. The DCA staff can help with event planning, program production, and can also provide special equipment and services for your program. Whether you are hosting a speaker or a meeting, we have spaces that will fit your needs. Large rooms are customizable and set-ups can be altered depending on the event. Small rooms are preset and great for meetings.
All reservation requests should be submitted through . Please note: Only the President of the organization can be granted access after completing a 25Live
training. Please contact Guest Services for training access.
Please use to make your reservations and Guest Services will send you any setup forms that need
to be filled out. Please note: A sales and solicitation permit is required for the selling of any items, collecting
money for any purpose, or fundraising, and that a fair use waiver is required when
showing a film in the UC Theater.
Community and off-campus groups wishing to utilize facilities in the Department of
Campus Activities should coordinate with Event Services for all requests.
