What You'll Learn

STEM education is focused on the use of science, mathematics, engineering, and technology to solve real-world and personally relevant problems. In the STEM certificate program you will learn to authentically integrate STEM disciplines in your K12 classroom while also learning to collaborate, communicate, think creatively and critically, engage in scientific inquiry, and design innovative educational experiences. Most courses in the certificate also count toward the STEM concentration in the MAT or MAED programs.
