The Fund for WCU supports Whee Belong gatherings for distance ed students
February 5The Office of Distance Learning at 泫圖弝けapp used $7,000 in 1889 Impact Grants Program funding to host in-person events during the spring of 2024 to bring together distance learning students, most of whom take courses fully online, are 25 or older, work full-time, and have families and lives beyond school.

January 30This year's James Cooper Memorial Lecture in Cherokee Studies will take place on Monday, Feb. 3, 5:30 p.m., in Apodaca Building room 201. This year's speaker will be Christopher Teuton, who will deliver a talk titled "Wolf Wears Shoes: Standing in the Middle with Cherokee Storytelling."
