Biography

Andrew J. Grandage, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science and Public Affairs. He teaches courses in public budgeting, organizational theory, public administration, and American government. His research focuses on public administration, capital budgeting, and project management. Prior to his academic career, Andrew worked as a financial analyst for a government contractor.
